Job Description:

Sagility is hiring experienced Patient Services Representatives to join our growing work-from-home team. In this role, you’ll be an important connection between patients and their healthcare teams, helping make the healthcare experience easier through accurate scheduling, clear communication, and exceptional service.

If you have strong call center customer service experience, enjoy helping people, and are comfortable navigating multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Incentive Opportunity

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

Upon successful graduation from training, base pay increases to $16.50/hour.

Eligible employees may also have the opportunity to earn performance incentives based on established attendance and performance requirements:

  • Training & Nesting: Opportunity to earn up to an additional $2.00/hour
  • Production: Opportunity to earn up to $18.50/hour, inclusive of applicable incentives

Incentive eligibility, requirements, and payment are subject to program guidelines and will be communicated by Operations Leadership.

What You Will Do

As a Patient Services Representative, you’ll help patients access healthcare services by providing professional, compassionate, and accurate support.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  • Assisting with referral coordination and care-related communications
  • Accurately documenting patient information and interactions
  • Navigating multiple healthcare and scheduling systems
  • Answering questions and helping patients understand next steps
  • Communicating with patients, clinical teams, and other healthcare partners
  • Using active listening and empathy to understand patient needs and concerns
  • Maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism during every interaction
  • Delivering an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced call center environment

What We Are Looking For

Successful candidates will bring a strong combination of customer service experience, attention to detail, professionalism, and technical confidence.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to actively listen, demonstrate empathy, and communicate professionally with patients
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously
  • Ability to successfully complete the required hiring and assessment process
  • Ability to meet all work-from-home technology and workspace requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous healthcare customer service, patient scheduling, medical office, clinical support, or healthcare call center experience
  • General knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR), patient scheduling, or healthcare information systems
  • Experience with Epic or similar healthcare platforms is strongly preferred

Training & Schedule

This opportunity includes approximately:

4 weeks of training followed by 2 weeks of nesting/support.

Training is conducted Monday through Friday.

This position supports business operations between 7:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. Pacific Time, and candidates must be able to work a schedule that falls within the required operating hours.

Candidates may be considered from eligible locations across the Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones. Your working hours will vary based on your local time zone.

Schedule availability and attendance during training are important requirements for this opportunity.

Work-From-Home Requirements

To help you succeed in a remote environment, Sagility will provide company-designated computer equipment, including a laptop, headset, camera kit, and USB hub.

Employees are responsible for providing required peripherals, including:

  • One monitor, minimum 19 inches, meeting applicable compatibility requirements
  • Wired keyboard
  • Wired mouse
  • Ethernet cable
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • A dedicated, hard-wired internet connection

A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload is required. Wi-Fi and wireless connections are not supported for performing this role.

Additional equipment specifications and setup instructions will be provided during the hiring and onboarding process.
