This position serves as a key point of contact for patients and insurance companies and is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based environment, as the role involves being on the phone the majority of the day. The Patient Financial Services Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by answering patient and payer inquiries, resolving billing and account-related issues, processing payments, and supporting a positive financial experience for our patients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate patient billing and insurance questions with professionalism and empathy.
