About the role
Connectivity is one of Ventrata’s biggest growth levers. While our largest strategic integrations receive dedicated account coverage, our broader partner portfolio requires a scalable approach to onboarding, quality, adoption and growth.
That’s where you come in.
You’ll own this portfolio end to end, building programmes and processes that improve performance across many partners at once. You’ll have significant autonomy to prioritise opportunities, address risks and decide where your time will have the greatest commercial impact.
You’ll also represent Ventrata across the connectivity ecosystem, helping advance the OCTO standard and strengthening our position as an industry leader.
You’ll report to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with the Product Owner, Connectivity and Connectivity Operations Specialists. You’ll lead partner strategy, enablement and portfolio performance, while complex technical investigations and L3 support remain with the specialist team.
Your goals
- Grow GMV and booking volume across Ventrata’s broader connectivity portfolio.
- Improve integration health, capability adoption and adherence to Ventrata’s quality standards.
- Increase the efficiency and consistency of partner onboarding and certification.
- Strengthen Ventrata’s contribution to and leadership within the OCTO community.
- Help partners resolve more technical questions through clearer documentation and scalable self-service resources.
What you'll own
- Manage Ventrata’s broader connectivity partner portfolio through scalable programmes including office hours, partner communications and regular health reviews.
- Lead quality-gated onboarding from qualification and scoping through certification, documentation and launch.
- Improve integration quality through capability adoption, recertification, error reduction and consistent technical standards.
- Own the quality and development of Ventrata’s connectivity documentation, OCTO documentation and related Help Centre content.
- Manage incoming partner integration questions, coordinating complex L3 investigations with Connectivity Operations Specialists.
- Help shape the OCTO self-certification tool, bringing partner feedback and operational insight into its development.
- Represent Ventrata on the OCTO specification committee and translate developments into practical improvements for Ventrata and its partners.
- Build Ventrata’s connectivity thought leadership alongside the Head of Partnerships through events, webinars, partner QBRs and customer engagements.
- Reactivate dormant integrations, identify growth opportunities and recommend emerging strategic partners for dedicated account coverage.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in the attractions, tours and activities ecosystem. You understand the difference between a channel manager and a primary reservation system, and you know the competitive landscape.

- Strong technical understanding of APIs and connectivity. You can answer partners’ integration questions and work confidently with their engineering teams.
- Practical knowledge of the OCTO standard and a genuine drive to advance its adoption across the industry.
- A quality-first mindset and the judgement to manage your own portfolio without waiting for direction.
