Partnership Enablement Manager - Location: Remote / UK only (6m FTC)

About our Client

We’re looking for an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to join a global technology-focused programme on a six-month fixed-term basis.

This is a varied role that sits across enablement, subject matter expertise, learning and stakeholder engagement. It’s not purely a training position. You’ll be responsible for helping a distributed community build the knowledge, confidence and practical capability they need to stay up to date in a fast-moving technology environment.

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, translate complex information into clear and useful learning, and act as a trusted point of expertise within your area.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain strong subject matter expertise across relevant technology, products and experiences.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and face-to-face training, workshops, demonstrations and enablement sessions.
• Create and refine learning materials including presentations, facilitator resources, FAQs, product explainers, quick-reference guides and video content.
• Support a distributed partner community through regular communication, knowledge sharing and practical guidance.
• Identify knowledge gaps and anticipate what the community will need to know as products, services and information evolve.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify information and ensure learning is accurate and relevant.
• Act as a trusted source of information, responding to questions and bringing in the right subject matter experts where required.
• Represent the needs and feedback of the partner community clearly and constructively to stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities independently and adapt quickly when requirements or information change.
• Ensure learning and enablement materials are accurate, engaging and delivered to a consistently high standard.

Requirements

About you

We’re looking for someone who combines strong facilitation skills with genuine subject matter expertise and confident stakeholder management.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in training, enablement, learning, product education or a closely related field.
• The ability to quickly develop a strong understanding of complex products, technology or subject matter.
• Experience facilitating learning for experienced professional audiences, both virtually and face-to-face.
• Strong content creation skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, practical and engaging resources.
• Confidence working with senior or demanding stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
• A curious, investigative approach — you’re comfortable asking questions and finding the right answer rather than making assumptions.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Confidence presenting on camera and creating video-based learning would be advantageous.
• A proactive approach to identifying gaps, risks and opportunities rather than waiting to be asked.
