  • 🧠 Deliver impactful enablement programmes that support onboarding, continuous learning and partner lifecycle success 

  • 📚 Design engaging content including playbooks, learning paths, certifications and job aids 

  • đŸŽ€ Facilitate dynamic learning experiences through virtual sessions and scalable learning formats 

  • đŸ€ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance needs and translate them into meaningful training solutions 

  • 📈 Support measurement of programme success by tracking engagement, adoption and performance outcomes 

  • 🚀 Contribute to enablement initiatives tied to product launches and go-to-market strategies 

  • 🔗 Align messaging and tools across teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery 

  • đŸŒ± Continuously evolve programmes based on feedback, insights and emerging priorities

✅ What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven experience in enablement, partner success, customer success or a related field 

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured learning and training programmes 

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences 

  • Understanding of partner or customer lifecycle concepts such as adoption and retention 

  • Familiarity with enablement technologies such as LMS, CRM or content platforms 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment 

  • Data-aware mindset with the ability to support programme measurement and improvement 

  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams 

  • Comfortable operating in evolving and ambiguous environments

💰 Compensation & Benefits 

Salary range: Starting at $80,000.00, with flexibility to go higher for exceptional candidates

🔐 Background Checks 

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial).
