Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, determined, and adaptable Partner Marketing Specialist. In this role, this individual will onboard and assist with new and existing partners from the latter stages of the sales cycle through their implementation as part of our channels. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams composed of business and technology resources. The role also requires a heavy focus on relationship and operations management with National Debt Relief’s partners.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS: Generate and analyze partner reporting; monitor performance and efficiency, set budgets, track costs and revenue growth, and perform ad hoc analysis.
- ONBOARDING: Setup new campaigns, coordinate implementation, and collaborate with other business units, including Product, Finance and Marketing. Organizes and automates deliverables to support new partners.
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Assist in the day-to-day management of key partners, interface, coordinate meetings, maintain communication, optimize campaigns, negotiate pricing, organize materials and coordinate with senior team members.
- CHANNEL AUDITING: Regularly audits top partner funnel performance and design, reporting findings to the broader team with recommendations.
- COLLABORATION: Serves as the departmental first touch for partner Creative and Compliance. Partners closely with cross-functional and departmental peers including the Brand, Content, Marketing Analytics, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product teams to maximize partner performance.
- DEPARTMENTAL COORDINATION: Organizes and distributes assets to partners, maintains partner documentation and coordinates departmental schedules.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 2 years’ experience required in performance marketing. Experience in affiliate or partnership marketing preferred.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive program success.
- Clearly and effectively communicate to both internal and external audiences.
- Engage with cross-functional teams comprised of members from various departments, fostering a cohesive working environment and promoting a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Adapt program management methodologies to fit the needs of each project, leveraging both waterfall and agile approaches as appropriate.
- Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Highly organized, adept at automation and process improvement.
- Account Management skills (this will be a partner-facing role).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiar with other Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Excellent time management skills.
- FinTech or Financial Services lead generation experience highly desired.
- Experience with CRMs including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience with affiliate platforms (Tune/PartnerStack).
- Highly motivated and results driven.
- High integrity, ethical professionalism, and outstanding judgment.

Compensation Information
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00.
