Partner Development Representative | EMEA

We’re growing our Partnerships team, and we’re looking for a Partner Development Representative (PDR) to help us open new doors, spark meaningful conversations, and build relationships with potential strategic partners across EMEA.

If you're passionate about building partnerships from scratch and turning conversations into impact, this role is for you.

➡️ Main Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential partners across EMEA.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of partner conversations and opportunities.

• Nurture relationships from first contact to activation, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.

• Maintain clear documentation and organization across outreach and CRM tools.

➡️ What We Value

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles (BDR, SDR, PDR, or in partnerships/sales development).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments with an HR focus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Fluency in English is required; advanced Spanish is a plus.
