What You’ll Do:

  • Follow up with applicants who have submitted their resumes or requested information.
  • Explain course options, schedules, pricing, and enrollment requirements.
  • Answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with interested applicants who have not completed registration.
  • Assist applicants with the online enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate applicant and enrollment records.
  • Help prospective learners take the next step toward starting their transportation career.
Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with applicants by phone.
  • Professional, friendly, and organized.
  • Strong follow-up skills.
  • Sales, recruiting, admissions, or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Must be dependable and comfortable working remotely.
  • Must have your own phone, computer and internet.
