Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking a Work-From-Home Insurance Consultant to guide clients through important insurance decisions. You will work with individuals and families who are interested in learning about life, accident, and supplemental health coverage options.

We provide warm leads, comprehensive online training, coaching, and resources so you can focus on helping clients and building a successful remote career.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through warm leads

• Schedule and lead virtual consultations

• Listen carefully to client needs and concerns

• Explain insurance benefits and available coverage options

• Help clients make informed decisions

• Provide exceptional follow-up and customer support

• Maintain accurate and professional communication records

• Participate in regular coaching and team training

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
