This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of ambitious brands, while helping build smarter systems, better processes and a more scalable way of working. You’ll work closely with founders, influence the agency’s direction and play a key role in evolving how creative-led acquisition is delivered.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading paid social strategy across a portfolio of growth-focused clients

  • Managing and optimising campaigns primarily across Meta, with exposure to TikTok and emerging channels

  • Turning business problems into clear acquisition strategies backed by data and insights

  • Diagnosing performance issues and identifying growth opportunities before clients do

  • Building scalable systems and improving operational workflows across paid social

  • Partnering with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, briefs and testing frameworks

  • Designing and executing structured testing strategies across audiences, creatives and campaign structures

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, confidently presenting insights, recommendations and performance narratives

  • Helping shape the agency’s approach to AI, creative velocity and modern acquisition strategy

  • Strong hands-on paid social experience within an agency environment

  • Deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager and performance acquisition strategy

  • Someone commercially minded who understands the relationship between spend, profitability and business outcomes

  • A systems thinker who enjoys improving processes and building smarter ways of working

  • Confident client communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to connect platform metrics back to commercial impact

  • Experience briefing creative or working closely with creative teams

Salary

$120,000 base salary, with flexibility for the right person.
