✍ Short Description:
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role focuses on executing performance-driven campaigns, improving results through data analysis, and supporting multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. The position also includes light collaboration with CRM tools like HubSpot and occasional exposure to LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

💼 Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive performance and results.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring aligned with client goals.

  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and conversions.

  • Analyze campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations based on data insights.

  • Support campaign execution across additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads when needed.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.

💡 Qualifications:

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot is preferred.

  • Experience working across multiple client accounts or in agency environments is a plus.
