We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist with deep experience running Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns for B2B technology companies. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns that drive qualified leads, lower CAC, and support our clients’ growth goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns for our clients across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Build and optimize retargeting campaigns to re-engage high-intent audiences
  • Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns based on KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct keyword research and develop audience targeting strategies based on B2B buyer intent
  • Collaborate with our team to align messaging, creative, and landing page strategy with campaign goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and B2B tech
  • Meet deadlines consistently and communicate proactively about project status

Who We’re Looking For:

  • B2B Tech Experience: Proven experience running paid media campaigns for B2B technology companies is required
  • Portfolio Required: You must submit examples of previous paid campaigns — including ad copy, targeting strategy, and performance data (e.g., CPL, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
  • U.S.-Based Contractor: Must reside in the U.S. and work as a 1099 independent contractor
  • Detail-Oriented: You double-check everything — targeting, budgets, tracking, and reporting
  • Strong Communicator: You’re responsive, proactive, and clear in communicating performance, optimizations, and strategy
  • Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads Expertise: You have hands-on experience managing Google Search, Display, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Retargeting Strategy: You know how to build and refine retargeting funnels to re-engage high-intent B2B audiences
  • Understanding of B2B Funnels: You can interpret lead generation data and align paid strategy to buyer intent and sales pipeline
  • Bonus: Experience setting up conversion tracking, integrating with HubSpot or other CRMs, or launching campaigns alongside content or email marketing strategies

Experience:

  • B2B tech marketing: 2 years (Required)
  • Google Ads: 2 years (Required)
  • LinkedIn Ads: 2 years (Required)
