The engineer is responsible for the delivery, integration, and configuration of Packet Core (PaCo) nodes according to LLD specifications. They will also manage software upgrades, perform ATP testing, and provide L2 support while documenting artifacts and lessons learned.

• Packet Core (PaCo) Expert - Specialist in CMG
• PaCo technical solution delivery as per defined LLD
• Subsequent Instantiation templates and MOP generation/validation from LLD, data fill sheets
• Onboarding and deployment of PACO nodes
• Integration and configuration of PACO nodes as per defined LLD
• System and Functional ATP test cases execution with and documentation of artifacts
• Troubleshooting of deployment, integration and ATP test cases issue and follow up with care team and customer teams with help of TPM
• Responsible for opening of trouble tickets via proper channel like Internal JIRA and Salesforce ticket
• Migration of Packet Core services support
• Support for delivery to Care handover process
• Feature activation Testing
• MOP and Artifacts preparation for SW upgrades
• Software upgrade lab testing and preparation of golden MOP
• Software upgrade of PACO nodes
• 4eye support
• Post upgrade support and working closely with care/4LS team during emergency
• Knowledge sharing and KT session delivery
• Capture Lessons learn in LL tool
• Support Team and practice internal JIRA process
• Provide L2 support only for the projects where it is explicitly agreed
• Responsible for developing PACO nodes certifications in coordination with KMCD.
