The VA will primarily support outreach and lead generation initiatives for the client’s food vending business venture, with possible involvement in additional ventures including consulting and real estate projects.

 

Position Overview

 

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Outreach & Lead Generation VA to support cold outreach initiatives through email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and potentially cold calling.

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with research, outreach, CRM management, and lead generation while maintaining excellent written communication and attention to detail.

This role will work closely alongside the client and existing Executive Assistant to help expand business opportunities and generate leads.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Send cold outreach emails to prospective leads
  • Conduct lead generation activities through:
    • LinkedIn
    • Facebook
    • Email outreach
  • Assist with building and improving outreach messaging/templates
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach when necessary
  • Support prospect engagement and follow-up activities
  • Potentially conduct cold calling outreach (preferred but not required)

 

CRM & Data Management

  • Upload and organize lead/contact information into CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate and updated prospect databases
  • Track outreach activities and lead statuses
  • Ensure all records are properly documented and organized

 

Quality Assurance

  • Proofread all outreach emails/messages before sending
  • Ensure communication is professional, polished, and error-free
  • Maintain attention to detail across all outreach activities

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with cold email outreach and lead generation
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability

  • Comfortable learning new systems and workflows

    • To accommodate U.S.-based outreach/cold calling activities
