Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (LPC-S, LMFT-S, or LICSW-S) to provide outpatient therapy services while mentoring and supervising pre-licensed clinicians. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys developing future therapists while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care
  • Deliver clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians in accordance with Alabama regulations
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners
  • Support clinician growth through mentorship, consultation, and professional development
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical consultations
  • Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision activities
Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Alabama licensure as: 
    • LPC-S
    • LMFT-S
    • LICSW-S (or equivalent board-approved supervisor designation)
  • Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Experience with assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and clinical documentation
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office 365
  • Insurance panel credentialing preferred
