The Role

Our client, RevBuild Solutions, helps construction technology and industrial tech companies reach construction companies who need better productivity, cleaner workflows, and more visibility in an industry still held back by manual processes.

We need an outbound SDR with excellent English, clear U.S. phone presence, and relevant exposure to construction, industrial, field services, real estate, logistics, or B2B SaaS.

This person will call U.S. contractors, superintendents, project managers, project executives, owners, CEOs, and VP of Operations leaders. The goal is to open conversations, ask simple discovery questions, identify pain, and book qualified meetings.

This is not a hard-pitch role. We need someone who can create interest without overexplaining the product.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the products, and construction industry trends, to effectively communicate value to potential clients
  • Targets:

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency (C1 or C2), with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional environment
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role with US-based SaaS B2B companies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus
  • Construction industry experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in logistics, real estate, field services, or industrial sectors also a plus
  • Available to work for approximately 30 hours/week
