Through Organizational Development (OD), Organizational Effectiveness (OE), Change Management (CM), and Team Development Acceleration, we support GOSC in optimizing its global operations, enhancing collaboration across teams, and ensuring successful change adoption.
A Day in the Life:
Change Management Planning:
Collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders to understand the scope and objectives of the change initiative.
Assess the impact of the proposed changes on employees, processes, and systems.
Develop a comprehensive change management plan outlining strategies, activities, and timelines to facilitate smooth transitions.
Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement:
Identify and analyze key stakeholders affected by the change initiative.
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to foster support and buy-in for the proposed changes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and timely information about the change initiative.
Communication and Training:
Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure consistent and transparent messaging throughout the change process.
Create communication materials such as emails, newsletters, presentations, and FAQs.
Coordinate training sessions or workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the changes.
Change Impact Assessment:
Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and areas requiring additional support.
Develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and overcome barriers to change.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Change Implementation and Support:
Collaborate with project teams to execute change initiatives according to the change management plan.
Provide ongoing support to employees and managers during the implementation phase, addressing questions and concerns.
Facilitate change-related meetings, workshops, and focus groups as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of change management activities, including documentation of lessons learned and best practices.
Prepare progress reports and status updates for project stakeholders and senior leadership.
Evaluate and report on the overall success and impact of the change initiative.

Must have:
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have:
Proven experience in change management, preferably as a contractor or consultant.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to adapt to different organizational cultures and effectively navigate through diverse stakeholder groups.
Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives within specified timeframes.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges during change implementation.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively as part of a project team.
Proficiency in using change management software, collaboration tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
