We are currently looking for a Oracle Project Manager, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle implementation and enhancement projects (ERP Cloud or EBS).
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, provide project updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Oversee change management processes and ensure proper documentation of changes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance frameworks, and Oracle implementation methodologies.
- Support post-go-live activities, including stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Oracle ERP implementations (Cloud or EBS).
- Proven track record of delivering complex Oracle projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement.
- Experience with project management methodologies ( Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
- Must have experience working for US clients
