Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing. Integrate payroll systems with Global HR, Absence Management, OTL, Benefits, Compensation, and Financials while advising clients on best practices.
CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Solution Consultant position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 10 months
Duties:
Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations from discovery through hypercare.
Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and parallel payroll testing.
Configure payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, costing, payment methods, and legislative requirements.
Integrate Payroll with Global HR, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, Compensation, and Financials/General Ledger.
Lead client workshops and translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
Provide status, risks, and recommendations to project/engagement managers.
Advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices and process improvements.

Global HR, ABS, OTL, Benefits, Compensation, and Financials/GL integration

Strong business acumen and communication skills
Experience:
Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
Full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience preferred.
Experience with payroll business processes, legislative compliance, integrations, testing, and client workshops.
Strong consulting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
