Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support the functional design, configuration, testing and deployment of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions across modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting (TRCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Narrative Reporting and Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and guide them toward fit-to-standard Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Facilitate requirements, design and prototype workshops with finance, FP&A, accounting and tax stakeholders, guiding clients through leading practices for planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, financial close, account reconciliation and tax reporting.
- Design and configure EPM applications, including dimensions, planning models, forms, business rules, calculations, consolidation logic, reconciliation profiles, data maps, report packages, dashboards and reports.
- Translate complex finance requirements into practical EPM solutions that improve processes, strengthen controls and provide actionable information to decision-makers.
- Design and configure data integration processes between Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and other source systems, with a focus on data quality, controls and repeatability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration points between EPM, ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Lead functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live and stabilization activities.
- Provide post-implementation guidance, optimization recommendations and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Stay current on Oracle EPM Cloud updates, AI capabilities and emerging functionality, bringing relevant innovations and recommendations to clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, with functional design and configuration experience across two or more of the following: Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting (TRCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Narrative Reporting and/or Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).
- Strong functional understanding of relevant finance processes, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, financial close, account reconciliation and/or tax reporting.
- Experience configuring Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including dimensions, forms, business rules, calculations, dashboards and reports.
- Experience with Oracle EPM data integration capabilities and integrating EPM Cloud with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or other source systems.
- Familiarity with EPM Automate and other Oracle EPM administration and automation capabilities.
- Ability to lead client workshops, challenge requirements constructively and translate business needs into practical, fit-to-standard Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex finance and technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
