Primary Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation workstreams from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Expenses
- Tax
- Collections
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Lead Chart of Accounts design and redesign initiatives, including financial reporting, month-end close, and year-end close processes.
- Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Analyze business processes and perform gap analyses between business requirements and Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Configure Oracle Cloud Financials applications to support client business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation for technical development.
- Support financial data conversion and migration from legacy ERP systems.
- Develop testing strategies, test scenarios, and test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate testing activities and validate successful deployment.
- Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, offshore resources, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Tax, Collections, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience designing Chart of Accounts structures and financial reporting solutions.
- Oracle Cloud Financials configuration expertise.
- Business process analysis and solution design experience.
- Functional design documentation and technical specification development.
- Financial data conversion and migration experience.
- Strong testing, validation, and deployment planning skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.
- Experience with Budgetary Controls, Encumbrance Accounting, Oracle SCM, or Project Portfolio Management is a plus.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Oracle ERP implementation experience.
- Experience leading at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations as a Functional Lead or Module Lead.
- Proven experience in business process consulting, requirements gathering, solution design, system integration testing, user training, and production deployment.
- Consulting experience supporting enterprise Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%–35% within the United States based on project requirements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
