Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud EPM EPBCS Healthcare Principal Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted consulting leader, providing healthcare domain, functional, and technical expertise across Oracle Cloud EPM Planning implementations and sales pursuits. You’ll align healthcare business processes with scalable EPM solutions, translate planning concepts for business and executive stakeholders, guide testing and reporting design, and ensure delivery teams follow established technical standards and leading practices. You'll also lead fit-gap analysis and the configuration of Alithya’s healthcare intellectual property and reusable solutions.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day

• Serve as the Oracle EPM EPBCS Planning technical lead for healthcare EPM Planning engagements:

  • Provide hands-on implementation leadership based on deep experience with Hyperion, Oracle on-premises and Oracle Cloud Planning solutions;

  • Architect and implement solutions while leading, mentoring, and providing technical direction to consultants and delivery teams;

• Establish and apply technical implementation standards for healthcare planning solutions and related operational planning accelerators;

• Lead fit-gap analysis and solution design using principles that promote scalability, maintainability, and reuse of existing capabilities;

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Alithya healthcare solutions, accelerators, and reusable intellectual property;

• Support healthcare presales activities by providing technical insight, shaping solutions, developing estimates, and communicating design considerations.

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience;

• Strong leadership capabilities with proven success guiding teams in a collaborative consulting environment;

• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop practical, scalable solutions;

• Strong client-facing skills with the judgment to build trust, manage expectations, and guide solution decisions;

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical quality assurance capabilities;

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences;

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, remain accountable for results, and maintain strong organizational and interpersonal effectiveness.
