What is the role?

We are looking for an Operations Support Operator to help us improve financial inclusion in Africa. As Operations Support Operator you will be part of a team tasked with providing our customers the highest quality of service available from a payment service provider.
 
Your main duties include:
  • Daily system monitoring;
  • Handling routine traffic/incidents;
  • Ensuring smooth communication with African Telcos;
  • Internal and external escalations;
  • Providing support for customers;
  • Performing reconciliation tasks;
  • Handling merchant wallet balance management tasks;
  • Participating in product development.
 
What is required of the ideal candidate?
  • Proficient computer skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English;
  • Good written and spoken Estonian;
  • Flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends;
  • Ability to perform well under pressure;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • A team player: demonstrating passion, energy, drive, and a willingness to collaborate with an ambitious team internationally;
  • A can-do attitude: willing to take initiative, adaptable to change, and able to work independently.
Beneficial skills:
  • Experience in customer support;
  • Experience in payments industry
