We are recruiting Operations Managers and Senior Operations Managers based in Germany to participate in a paid online research study.

The study explores how managers at large organisations view leadership, workplace change, career development, and the growing use of AI at work. Your professional experience will help researchers understand how these developments affect managers and their teams.

What you'll be doing

• Completing a short online survey
• Sharing your views on leadership, management, and workplace change
• Answering questions about your responsibilities and professional experience
• Providing information about the size and type of organisation where you work
• Giving honest, considered responses based on your own experience

Who we're looking for

You may be eligible if you:

• Currently live and work in Germany
• Work as an Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, or in a closely related management position
• Have responsibility for managing people, teams, operations, projects, or business functions
• Work for an organisation with at least 1,000 employees
• Are comfortable completing an online survey in English
• Meet the requirements included in the study's short pre-screening questionnaire

Participants may be asked to verify their identity, location, professional experience, or other eligibility information.
