Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Location: Fully Remote

Time Commitment: Full-Time

Monthly Base Compensation

USD $1000–$1,500 per month, depending on your operational leadership experience, systems thinking, AI capability, and overall alignment with the role.

About the Role

As our Operations Lead, you'll oversee operational strategy, systems improvement, documentation, delivery frameworks, AI implementation, workflow optimization, reporting, governance, and cross-functional execution.

You'll partner closely with executive leadership while supporting every department across the organization.

This is an AI-first operational leadership role.

You'll actively leverage AI to improve operational efficiency, documentation, reporting, planning, communication, and business performance.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

We're looking for an exceptional operational leader who combines strategic thinking with world-class execution.

You should have:

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Program Management, COO support, or Business Transformation.
• Strong experience designing and improving operational systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and planning capability.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• Experience documenting processes and building operational frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.

AI-First Operations Experience

We're specifically looking for someone who actively embraces AI throughout operational leadership.

Experience using AI for:

• SOP creation
