The Operations Coordinator will manage the end-to-end litigation support ticket process, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to service level agreements. They will also maintain accurate case records and provide high-quality communication to clients and vendors.

Stay organized and on top of it all - support Lit Support projects like the Guru knowledge base and meeting notes, and grow through regular 1:1s, coaching, and quality reviews
You'll crush this role if you have operational experience in litigation or legal support and you've demonstrated the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows with precision. You're comfortable reading and interpreting common legal documents (subpoenas, court filings, notices, correspondence), and you're detail-oriented and organized enough to juggle multiple requests at once. Prior experience in legal support, paralegal work, customer service, or operations coordination rounds out your background. In this role, you will cover Monday through Friday, 9 am–6 pm or 10 am–7 pm PT.
