Description
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations for our members in the United States.
This full-time remote role is in the United States. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English. The schedule will require work on a weekend day. At this time, we cannot provide sponsorship for this role.
What you will do:
You will manage various tasks related to the program's success, including member/grocery operations, support, and reporting. Your responsibilities include answering members' questions, helping members onboard & offboard, handling grocery operations, and assisting with reporting. This is a do-it-all role, and we need an individual who wants to get their hands dirty.
What we are looking for:
- Two years of healthcare customer experience via phone and SMS.
- Previous experience handling member support via phone
- Success working within a small team, having ownership of many areas
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Previous US healthcare experience is a plus.
- You are interested in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health.
