Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Candidate Outreach Specialists to make 100-120 calls per day to potential candidates. Your primary role will be to inform and engage candidates about available job roles, helping them understand the opportunities and encouraging their interest.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain our exceptional 90% interview completion rate through proactive communication and follow-ups.
2. Tackle scheduling conflicts head-on by collaborating effectively with candidates and interviewers.
3. Ensure all candidates are well-prepared and informed about the companies and jobs they're applying for.
4. Work with our agile scheduling team to coordinate interviews seamlessly, making sure both clients and candidates have a smooth experience.
5. Proactively handle rescheduling requests and update calendars promptly.

 
What We’re Looking For:
1. Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly phone demeanor.
2. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
3. Self-driven, patient, and motivated to learn and develop new professional skills.
4. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
5. Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, Sheets, Slack, and Airtable.
