You will support day-to-day operations across content, creators, and tech workflows while identifying process inefficiencies. Additionally, you will design scalable SOPs and track performance metrics using data tools to ensure operational success.

We are looking for an Operations Associate who wants to build and run those systems. You’ll be working on Pocket 100, scaling up PocketFM into 10 new international geographies with our top 10 shows. This is zero to one role. This isn’t a role where you follow a fixed playbook. Many things are still being figured out. You’ll step into messy problems, bring structure, and help scale what works. If you enjoy organizing chaos, improving processes and making things run smoother at scale, you’ll fit right in.
\nSupport day-to-day operations across content, creators, tech and platform workflows
Track performance and operational metrics using Google Sheets and dashboards
Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and bottlenecks in processes
Work with AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.) to improve speed and efficiency
Help design and implement scalable workflows and SOPs
Take ownership of projects from problem definition to execution
0–2 years of experience in operations, consulting, business roles, or similar (internships/projects count).
Freshers welcome - just prove to us that you want to create impact.
Interested in how systems work and how they scale
Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out as you go
Strong with Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, data tracking)
Already using AI tools in your workflow
High level of attention to detail.
