Position Summary
This position is an integral role in Hometown Veterinary Partners' hospital acquisition activity and overall company growth. This role leads to the cross-functional execution of operations and integration activities for external acquisitions and, post-integration, continues supporting hospitals to ensure operations run smoothly and at maximum efficiency.

Coordinate, track, and lead due diligence activities, including financial, HR, vendor relationships, key contracts, and other items required for a successful partnership

Work hands-on in hospitals as needed

Education, Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of veterinary industry experience, preferably in acquisition management, hospital leadership, or cross-functional team collaboration
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or CVT/LVT credential
Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with multiple internal and external parties on a project
Demonstrated experience in conflict management and leading difficult conversations
