As a Senior Advisor, you will lead complex programs that improve operational performance, strengthen governance, and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and the business. This role partners across clinical, technology, and operations teams to turn data into clear insights, optimize processes, and drive measurable results. You will play a key role in shaping how work gets done—bringing energy, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program execution across complex initiatives, ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, and performance expectations.

  • Establish and evolve governance frameworks that enable clear oversight, decision-making, and accountability.

  • Translate operational, claims, and performance data into actionable insights that inform strategy and improve outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance scalability.

  • Proactively identify risks and lead cross-functional resolution efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Partner with clinical, IT, and operations teams to implement solutions and ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.

  • Oversee reporting strategy and delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and value for stakeholders and clients.

  • Support client and stakeholder engagement through high-quality deliverables and effective communication.

  • Lead special projects and enterprise initiatives that support operational excellence and business priorities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of experience in operations, program or project management, process improvement, data analysis, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing root cause analysis.

  • Experience building governance structures and managing operational performance.

  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a focus on results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments.

  • Familiarity with large-scale operational transformations or system implementations.

  • Experience supporting client-facing operations or reporting functions.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,100 - 193,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
