We are looking for a systematic and autonomous Operations Lead to drive the coordination of key business initiatives, new brand launches, and scaling into new GEOs. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between cross-functional teams and C-level management, ensuring process transparency and the successful execution of the company's strategy.
Scale the Business: Coordinate the launch of new brands and expansion into new markets (GEOs); monitor deadlines for strategic tasks.
Synchronize Teams: Consolidate plans and budgets across different departments, eliminating blockers and alignment gaps.
Optimize Processes: Build, map, standardize, and automate internal business processes.
Manage Metrics: Track KPIs/OKRs, gather operational analytics, and build clear management reporting.
Present & Defend Decisions: Prepare structured presentations for top management and independently present projects and results to the CEO.
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in IT (experience in iGaming, FinTech, or other high-load digital products is a significant advantage).
Strong proficiency in Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
Hands-on track record of building and optimizing business processes from scratch.
Advanced data analysis skills: Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial and operational modeling).
Experience with project management tools and task managers (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
Excellent data visualization and presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
Systematic & Critical Thinker: You look at the business as a whole system, spot bottlenecks instantly, and deliver actionable solutions.
Process Driver: You are proactive, comfortable handling multitasking without micromanagement, and take full ownership of results and deadlines.
Strong Communicator: You possess leadership qualities, find common ground with diverse teams, and confidently back up your position before top management.
