Summary
We are seeking an experienced OpenText VIM & IC4S (OCR) Functional Analyst to lead the configuration and optimization of our invoice management ecosystem. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring seamless integration between OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Intelligent Capture for SAP (IC4S) solutions. The successful candidate will drive the validation of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processes, manage end-to-end workflow configurations, and provide critical support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production environments. This position is essential for maintaining high accuracy in our Accounts Payable operations and leveraging SAP Fiori interfaces for enhanced user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain complex VIM workflows to streamline vendor invoice processing and approval cycles.
  • Oversee OCR validation and verification protocols to ensure high data accuracy during the invoice capture phase.
  • Manage SAP S/4HANA and SAP Accounts Payable (AP) integrations to facilitate smooth financial data flow.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives and provide comprehensive support for production issues.
  • Utilize SAP Fiori applications to enhance the usability and efficiency of the invoice management system.
  • Analyze and resolve functional gaps within the OpenText ecosystem to meet evolving business requirements.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in IT Services, specifically within SAP and OpenText environments.
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and deep knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  • Strong background in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) workflow configuration and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with IC4S (OCR) technologies, including invoice capture and data extraction validation.
  • Proficiency in managing UAT phases and providing ongoing production support for enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori interfaces and their application in business process management.
  • Ability to operate within a salary range of ₹15-18 LPA.
