The Field Medical Director will execute medical strategy and engage with healthcare professionals to deliver scientific education and gather insights. They will also support clinical trial site identification and address scientific questions to improve patient outcomes within the thoracic oncology portfolio.

As a field-based scientific expert supporting Pfizer’s Thoracic oncology portfolio in Michigan and Ohio (MI/OH)., you will engage a broad range of medical customer segments. You will deliver approved medical and scientific education to healthcare professionals, surface insights that inform medical strategy, support the identification of potential clinical trial sites and clinical trial support, and help address the field’s most important unanswered scientific questions in service of improving patient outcomes.

Additional Information:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
