Onboarding Specialist

NeoWork is currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support partners through the listing process and ensure a smooth experience from onboarding through post-sale support. This role combines customer support, listing quality assurance, administrative tasks, and AI implementation.

Responsibilities

• Guide partners through the onboarding process and help them complete their listings accurately and efficiently.
• Review and perform listing QA to ensure all details, content, and information meet quality standards.
• Assist partners with listing details, updates, corrections, and other platform-related needs.
• Provide after-sales support and respond to partner questions or concerns through email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with partners to ensure outstanding onboarding or listing requirements are completed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of partner interactions and listing status.
• Identify issues or gaps in listings and proactively work with partners to resolve them.
• Build and configure AI chatbots as part of the onboarding and customer support process.
• Help improve onboarding workflows and processes to create a smoother partner experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner and listing-related issues

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, onboarding, account management, or administrative operations.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing and managing listing information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with chat, email, and CRM/platform tools.
• Ability to manage multiple partner requests and follow-ups while staying organized.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Owned computer or laptop and have stable internet connectivity.
• Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
• Comfortable learning and working with AI tools and chatbot platforms.
• Experience with listing management, e-commerce, marketplaces, or similar platforms is a plus.
