As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their careers in a supportive and collaborative setting. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication among team members to enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities



  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

  • Facilitate communication between staff and management

  • Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies

  • Prepare reports and presentations for team meetings

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members

  • Handle client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service

  • Support financial operations, including budgeting and invoicing



Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
