NZ Marketing Integration Lead

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Manager, NZ Marketing, you’ll lead integrated marketing delivery across the NZ market — owning campaigns, launches, content, and nurture programs from brief through to results. You’ll also contribute to events and partnership activity, working alongside the team to bring great experiences to life.

This is a role with real autonomy and real ownership. You’ll be trusted to manage your workload, make smart decisions, and deliver consistently — all while being part of a collaborative, supportive team that wants to see you thrive.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead integrated campaign delivery across NZ — from brief and build through to launch and performance review
• Develop execution plans, manage timelines and keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously
• Write and shape compelling briefs, email programs, landing page content and sales enablement materials
• Contribute to NZ events and partnership activity, supporting planning and on-the-day delivery
• Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers to keep delivery on track
• Monitor performance across campaigns and translate data into clear recommendations
• Work closely with the sales team to develop materials that make a real difference in the field
• Be a valued senior voice in the NZ marketing team — sharing knowledge and raising the bar

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Solid experience in integrated marketing across multiple channels — you know what good looks like
• Strong project management skills and a reputation for delivering on what you commit to
• Experience contributing to events and partnership programs within a marketing environment
• The confidence to work independently and the self-awareness to collaborate when it counts
• Clear, warm communication skills and the ability to bring people with you
• A commercial mindset and an analytical streak — you care about results, not just activity
