Nuuly Temporary Loss Prevention Coordinator

Role Summary

Nuuly is looking for a Loss Prevention Coordinator to join their team! The Loss Prevention Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the customer success team. This role will focus on the financial aspects of the team, primarily managing dispute resolutions and shipping investigations. 

You will work closely with, and report to, the Sr. Director of Customer Success. You will also work closely with the Fraud Specialist and Customer Success team. You will be responsible to communicate all findings with the appropriate teams and will be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set.

Role Responsibilities

• Resolve chargeback disputes
• Log precise details of all disputes within various system tools
• Support Customer Service projects or other assignments as needed
• Work directly with shipping providers to ensure lost package claims are researched and submitted for reimbursement

Role Qualifications

•        Minimum 1 year of experience in a Loss Prevention, Fraud or Analyst role
•        Task oriented and focus driven

• Exceptional time management skills
• Willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
• Analyze and report on trends and issues
