The Senior AI Engineer will design and maintain the AI-powered development harness used by Product, UX, and Engineering teams to ensure traceable and reliable AI-assisted workflows. This role involves building artifact lifecycle systems, authoring agent instructions, and implementing feedback loops to continuously improve AI output quality.

The associate is responsible for providing frontline support to customers via chat and email, addressing inquiries, and resolving routine issues. They will also collect customer feedback and escalate complex cases to leadership when necessary.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform while optimizing CI/CD pipelines. They will also collaborate with engineering teams to support event-driven services using Kafka and ensure system reliability and security.

The engineer will design and implement scalable features while collaborating with product and platform teams to evolve the platform architecture. They are also responsible for the full lifecycle of deployable features, including coding, configuration, documentation, and ongoing support.
