How can you make a difference?

Under the direct supervision of UNICEF Social Policy Officer, the Consultant will work and collaborate with UNICEF and implementing partners including the Social Welfare Fund (SWF), the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MoPHP) and others to deliver and carryout the proposed activities and tasks related to the cash plus project funded by KFW in Tuban and Al-Mukha districts.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have...

Minimum requirements:

Education:

• Advanced university degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in MIS development and information management.
• Experience in advanced form building and analysis using ODK, InForm, and Activity Info for conducting large surveys.
• A minimum of two years of professional work experience in humanitarian work focused on data and information management is required.

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:

• Demonstrates substantial technical expertise in program design, evaluation, data analysis with a strong understanding of programmatic approaches and interventions related to social protection and humanitarian programmes, with priority to SP programs (cash plus, referral and case management).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel or MS Access (e.g., pivot tables and functions).
• Familiarity with UNICEF programme approaches and humanitarian programming is highly desirable.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills in English.
• Proven technical expertise for managing data capture and storage, for analysing diverse datasets, and presenting information in understandable tables, charts, graphs, and reports.
• Proven skills in using map-making packages and data visualization software's (e.g., Tableau, Q GIS & Arc GIS, Power Bi).
• Ability to connect data sources using APIs

Language Requirements:

• English and Arabic

Desirables:

• Demonstrated experience supporting Cash Transfer and/or Cash Plus, or nutrition and humanitarian programmes is highly recommended.
