Duties:
Restore management access to enterprise network infrastructure devices.
Update network devices to integrate with new SolarWinds servers, Cisco ISE nodes, TACACS/RADIUS servers, Syslog collectors, and NTP sources.
Validate wired and wireless network connectivity across enterprise environments.
Ensure network monitoring, alerting, and logging services are operating correctly.
Assist with network stabilization, recovery efforts, and post-recovery troubleshooting.
Document all configuration changes and technical modifications performed during the engagement.
Collaborate with project teams to quickly assess, remediate, and stabilize Cisco network environments.
Skills:
Strong expertise with Cisco enterprise networking technologies.
Experience supporting Cisco Catalyst 9200 and 9300 switches.
Proficiency with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC).
Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, TACACS/RADIUS, SolarWinds, Syslog, and NTP.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced recovery and remediation environments.
Willingness to support evening, overnight, and weekend project activities as needed.
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise Cisco network environments.
CCNP-level networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience; CCNP certification preferred.
Proven experience with enterprise network recovery, remediation, and infrastructure stabilization.
Experience implementing and validating network monitoring and management solutions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Cisco CCNP certification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $48.00 to $62.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
