The Network Infrastructure Engineer will support and develop network infrastructure in a production and trading environment. Responsibilities include configuring Cisco Nexus equipment, managing Palo Alto firewalls, and maintaining connectivity across data centers and cloud platforms.
We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to support and develop network infrastructure in a production/trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and develop network infrastructure based on Cisco Nexus.
Configure and maintain VLAN, LACP, vPC, routing, BGP, and VPN ендпоінтс.
Work with Palo Alto Networks, including firewall policies, NAT, routing, Site-to-Site VPN, and troubleshooting.
Build and maintain connectivity between data centers, providers, and partners.
Organize cross-connects in data centers and coordinate with providers and remote hands.
Configure and maintain AWS Direct Connect and Azure ExpressRoute / VPN connectivity.
Troubleshoot network issues in production environments, including latency, packet loss, routing, firewall, VPN, and physical connectivity issues.
Support network connectivity for Windows and Linux servers.
Monitor the availability and health of network infrastructure.
Document, standardize, and automate network equipment configuration using Ansible.
Manage cloud network infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
Participate in designing and maintaining fault-tolerant and highly available network architecture.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure Engineering role.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, LACP, NAT, ACL, DNS, and routing.
Hands-on experience with BGP.
Experience with Git and CI/CD practices for Infrastructure as Code.
