We’re looking for a passionate and experienced National Lead Interventions to drive the implementation intervention-led approaches across our services.

 

In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a subject matter expert and change leader, supporting teams across the organisation to embed best practice, improve outcomes, and strengthen service delivery. 

 

You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and people with lived experience to ensure approaches are practical, impactful, and sustainable.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the national planning and delivery of interventions across services
  • Influence organisational strategy, policy, and practice
  • Champion culture change and embed principles

Implementation & Practice Development

  • Develop frameworks, tools, and implementation plans
  • Support teams to integrate approaches into day-to-day practice
  • Facilitate readiness assessments and co-design solutions

Training & Capacity Building

  • Deliver training, coaching, and reflective practice sessions
  • Build confidence in leaders, managers, and frontline staff
  • Create practical resources, toolkits, and guidance

Collaboration & Engagement

  • Work with service users, communities, and lived experience experts
  • Build partnerships across sectors and agencies
  • Act as a key contact for external networks and stakeholders

Evaluation & Improvement

  • Monitor impact and drive continuous improvement
  • Analyse data and provide insight to senior leaders
  • Share learning and shape future delivery

 

About You

You’ll be a confident and influential professional with a passion for improving services and outcomes.

Essential:

  • Strong expertise in intervention implementation
  • Experience leading change within complex systems
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and produce impactful reports
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and travel nationally

Desirable:

  • Experience of co-production or working with lived experience
  • Background in mental health, substance misuse, or supported housing
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary teams
