The Lead Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, and maintain secure and resilient IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments. They will provide technical leadership for infrastructure projects and act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-profile strategic and transformational projects to support the organization's long-term vision. This includes translating priorities into structured plans, managing governance, and supporting hands-on implementation of business improvements.

Gather and create content for the external magazine by showcasing the stories and voices of people supported by Waythrough. Support the design and delivery of a lived experience training programme covering reporting methods and responsible storytelling.

The volunteer will create content using Canva for the Hub’s Facebook page, focusing on increasing followers and engagement by gathering stories and quotes from staff and service users. Tasks also include adhering to all relevant policies like data protection and safeguarding, and participating in regular progress catchups with supervision.
