The National Fleet Manager will lead and centralize fleet operations across the Interstate Batteries system, managing company-owned and leased assets. This role involves strategic planning, financial budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations.

Purpose of Job:
This primary responsibility of this role is to provide leadership and support for fleet operations across the Interstate Batteries system. The major area of focus is to centralize and manage all aspects of a fleet management program with direct responsibility for all company-owned and leased fleet equipment at over 40 locations across the United States with annual operating costs of circa $67M, in addition to supporting over 200 independently-owned Distributors in their fleet management needs.
