MS Dynamics Engineer

MS Dynamics Engineer -, plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This position typically involves leading a team of developers and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Development:
  • Lead the design and development of customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment (Customer Service & Sales Module).
  • Oversee coding, unit testing, and debugging of applications.
• Project Management:
  • Manage development efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions related to Dynamics 365.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on best practices and technical skills.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis to provide long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Required Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Azure services, integration capabilities, and application lifecycle management.
• Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
  • Proven track record in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
  • Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,080 - $104,000.
