  • Build relationships and identify the best loan solutions for each borrower
  • Provide accurate rate quotes and follow-ups via phone/email
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, call center environment while managing multiple borrowers

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active NMLS License (Required)
  • Work standard business hours, Monday - Friday, aligned with the Pacific Time Zone (PST)
  • Proven success closing mortgage loans
  • Experience with loan origination systems & CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone & email
  • Driven, consultative, and organized with a customer-first approach

Uncapped Earning Potential. Hourly Rate plus commission & bonus opportunity. Salary range is estimated for position and may be more or less than listed.
