Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, doctors, CPA’s, Wealth Advisors/Financial Planners…coffee shop baristas, golf cart bar servers; or any other referral partners who can introduce you to potential leads. Educate and guide borrowers with confidence, clarity, and a calm demeanor (even when the appraisal doesn’t cooperate.) Manage your pipeline like the professional you are – with a team that helps, not hinders. Hit production goals that make sense and get rewarded for them.   What Makes This Different Real Support: Processors, underwriters, and ops partners who work with you, not against you. NO Caps…when you might be working at a branch…or on your commission. What We’re Looking For 2 years of mortgage origination experience (purchase -heavy preferred.) Proven Ability to self-source and close loans Strong knowledge of Jumbo market, relationships in the medical community, as well as conventional, FHA, & VA loan programs. If you have: connections in luxury real estate and are familiar with Jumbo loans, or relationships in the medical community, you could do really well! Professional reputation you’re proud of.
