Model Booking Assistant (Europe) for Yosemite Models

Yosemite Models is looking for a highly organized and proactive Model Booking Assistant to support our booking team across European and international markets.

You will work closely with our two bookers — supporting fashion and runway bookings from Spain, as well as commercial and acting bookings from Berlin — helping ensure smooth communication, coordination, and execution of model assignments.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the fashion, creative, and talent industries and wants to gain hands-on experience inside an international modeling agency environment.

What you'll do

• Support daily booking operations and assist bookers with ongoing assignments

• Manage communication between clients, casting teams, models, and internal teams

• Assist with booking schedules, availability checks, and confirmations

• Help prepare model submissions, casting materials, and client requests

• Coordinate travel details, call times, production information, and booking requirements

• Maintain accurate booking records, calendars, and internal updates

• Support follow-ups with clients and models throughout the booking process

• Assist with administrative tasks related to invoices, contracts, and booking documentation

• Help ensure smooth execution of fashion, commercial, and acting projects

What we're looking for

• Strong interest in modeling, fashion, entertainment, or creative industries

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Professional communication style and confidence working with talent and clients

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Fluent English required

• Additional European languages are a plus

• Based in Europe

Nice to have

• Previous experience in modeling agencies, casting, talent management, production, or creative industries

• Familiarity with booking systems, casting platforms, or talent coordination

• Existing interest or network within fashion, commercial, or entertainment markets
