Middle+ Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

We are seeking a Middle+ Project Manager with strong project management experience to lead client-facing projects involving innovative AI solutions.

This role is primarily focused on project ownership and delivery, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams, understand client needs, and drive the implementation of technology and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across different departments, ensuring timely achievement of project goals within scope and budget
• Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
• Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and business processes to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into actionable project requirements
• Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - gathering requirements, reporting progress, presenting results, and managing expectations
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement during implementation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, with proven experience independently leading projects from initiation through implementation
• Experience working on client-facing projects, preferably involving digital products, technology, SaaS, or AI solutions
• Experience working with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization with a proven track record of implementing improvements directly into products, projects or operational processes
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)
• Background in Business Analysis and/or Product Management is a plus
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.) is a plus
